What Is Your BHAG?

Self regulation, or good self-management, not necessarily self-control, is crucial for you to live your Best Life.
Tips to ask yourself:
- Am I taking good care of myself? And just what does that mean?
Sick of that word “Balance”? What if you use the words “Self Care” instead? Is that any easier to swallow?
- How can you give to others what you can’t give yourself?
Eat, sleep, play, pray, care, and share perhaps in a way that also serves yourself.
- What other bits of your life do you ignore?
Come on! Life is short. Quit cheating yourself and go for the gusto.
Ok, I was often guilty in the past of ignoring my true needs. It has taken me years to get it down. But Perseverance paid off. I am sitting in Puerto Vallarta working and finding aesthetic joy and warmth. I accomplished my BHAG!
What do you want to be doing that you are putting off? Make a plan, jack up your strengths, ditch the excuses and live your dream.
