“Am I Happy Today?” Quiz

How do you know if you have lived a happy day?
Take this “Am I Happy Today? quiz:
- Did I appreciate the day?
- Did I feel good about what I doing?
- Did I take time to count my blessings?
- Did I savor the day? Notice life and use my senses?
- Was I mindful to focus on my feelings?
- Did I forgive myself when I screwed up? (Oh, do I have a hard time with this one.)
- Was I accountable to myself when I made a plan. Did I do, not just think?
- Did I praise myself when I accomplished what I wanted?
- Did I get enough sleep, exercise, and “me time”? (Mea culpa on the “me time”.)
- What did I do to help another? This is extremely important. Others matter.
If you can answer “Yes” to all of these questions, you have become a friend to yourself. You reflect positive psychology in action. Bravo!
