Hair-raising Pull Your Hair Out Day?

Ever have one of those days when you felt like yelling, “I could just pull my hair out!”? One of those days when it feels like someone is rubbing your eyebrows backwards? Or you find yourself gritting your teeth so hard TMJ sets in like lockjaw?
You could fuss and cuss, if you must… And if you need to, go ahead and let ‘er rip. But let’s get you off to a better trip. God forbid your blood pressure remain high! I cherish you and want you around for a long time. Cool, connected, and kind to yourself.
Tips to chill:
- Pause for your cause.
- Dip into your discretion.
- Kick in your courage.
- Have fun in the sun.
Even if your hair does salute the sky in stress sometimes,
Once in a blue moon isn’t that often.
I love that you are human,
And your hair is so lovely right where it is!
