I know life is complicated. But don’t you think it always has been? Isn’t it worth the struggle? Living is learning.
When times get tougher than a cheap steak your knife cannot penetrate, whip out this reading from Mother Teresa. Know you are blessed with all the strengths you need to persevere. That’s you a wow-winner at well-being.
Hope you still have out your personal lists of strengths, values, and positive self-statements. But wait…That ‘s not you I hear creaking, a bit rusty perhaps, forgetting to read all the super wonderful stuff you know about yourself?
Hint: “I am worthy. I am chock full of everything I need. I am marvelous me, and I am way more than enough.”
Yep, I thought you’d jump right back onto your band wagon.
Remember I always have your back! Just give me a yell if you need a little push. I’ll be gentle, unless you tell me you need a swift kick. That’s what my Daddy used to say he’d give me. Think he never needed to? I ain’t tellin’ ;-}
“Life is an opportunity, benefit from it.
Life is beauty, admire it.
Life is bliss, taste it.
Life is a dream, realize it.
Life is a challenge, meet it.
Life is a duty, complete it.
Life is a game, play it.
Life is a promise, fulfill it.
Life is sorrow, overcome it.
Life is a song, sing it.
Life is a struggle, accept it.
Life is a tragedy, confront it.
Life is an adventure, dare it.
Life is luck, make it.
Life is too precious, do not destroy it.
Life is life, fight for it.”
