Don’t Strive For Happiness ~ Yep, That’s What I Said

© 2010 Dr. Judy Krings

I’m a huge fan of positive psychology guts and glory guru, Todd Kasdan. He’s tell-it-like-it-is talent. The “I Dare you…Prove it!” curiosity challenger with common sense savvy. He’s a passionate clinical psychologist who tells the truth in tantalizing treatises. Writing wisdom-based evidence, that’s Todd. And no one I know does it better.

Want happiness, then quit striving for it. In this article, he bald-faced tells you how to get in the “What Really Matters” game.

Want to be happier? What to see who the happiest people are and why? He tells you.

Here’s the catch: Don’t TRY to be happy! As Todd says here, live your life so you grab happiness along your way. Be mindful. Savor the good. Do things for others.

I love this article,  The Problem With Happiness. Just what do you want on your tombstone?
