Would You Like Extra Time With Your Coffee?

Ya gotta laugh. Well, you don’t have to, but if there is one thing coaching has taught me, it is letting go. Taking a second to laugh. I am looking at my little statue of Laughing Buddha right now and I can see him chuckling with delight that I did not let rising blood pressure nor a rare over 15 hour day schedule damper my morning. Are You A Nickname Word-Weirdo?

I was reading a blog this morning that mentioned the phrase, “Spunky, funky.” ‘Course I have been called  ”Dr. Spunk”, “Funky fun gal”, the “Uniquely human, passionately persuasive” shrink and coach too. I’m sure I’ve been labeled with a myriad of other names, also. Or perhaps even called other names not appropriate to post! But who hasn’t been? Humor is a terrific survival strength.
