Discover Your Strengths
Your Life-altering Experience In Self-discovery Is Launched Here.
To explore your Signature Strengths, take the fun and free Values in Action Inventory of Strengths Survey (VIA-IS). What does the VIA do? It helps you identify and nurture your strongest qualites.
Success is experienced when you are doing what you enjoy. When you are recognizing your natural talents. When you learn which activities provide you with the most meaning. Eureka! This is exactly what the VIA engages and ignites.
- Log onto the official site at Authentic Happiness, authored by the renowned researcher and co-founder of the science of Positive Psychology, Dr. Martin Seligman. He, along with Dr. Chris Peterson, after years of extensive research across the world, developed this robust assessment. This survey is a platinum coaching tool and my all-time favorite. It’s where coaching sky-rockets you to your goal galaxies. Loads of “Wow’s!”
- You will register first and then take the VIA survey. The results may blow you away. They may well be the fuel that will rocket your personal and business success. I know it was for me. There is no hype here. Honesty is one of my top strengths.
- Make sure you record your results for future reference. Save a copy and please make sure all 24 strengths are included.
Working with you, I assist and inspire you to learn how to harness your VIA strengths in novel ways. Your top 5 Strengths, called your Signature Strengths, are particularly important. So are your clusters of strengths, called Virtues.
Discussing your “uniquely you” VIA results is fun and particularly rewarding. Your specific success secrets based on your VIA, along with other assessments, will open new “goals accomplished” vistas for you. Guaranteed. And I don’t say this lightly, but positivity works!
Coach Judy’s VIA ‘Wow!’ Experience
I know the VIA info may seem like a lot to wrap your brain around, but after you experience it, you will be enlightened and enthralled.
I took the VIA as part of my international coaching training at MentorCoach. I was blown away by my first strength, The Appreciation of Beauty and Excellence. I thought, “Man, am I shallow or what?” I wanted to have what I thought was a “good” strength. Maybe Leadership, Courage, or Teamwork.
I called my coach, and she helped me clarify. “Judy, remember, no one strength is better than any other.” She walked me through my embarrassment. Blamed if she didn’t help me kick my inner critic to the curb. I realized my entire life I had used art, nature, and excellence to help me cope during my toughest times. And how this great strength was a gigantic blessing. Yep, a life-clarifying and empowering insight.
What are you waiting for? Don’t hesitate. Your happiness awaits!
